"In year 9 I was perfectly fine," Hannah remembered, "and after that in year 10 I was truly unfortunate and truly depressed and I had a lot stress and anxiousness because I truly wanted to succeed in my GCSEs".

Proof does recommend that scholastic stress affects psychological health and wellness, with some proof of greater impacts for women. In the UK, there is significant concern about how education and learning reforms in the 2010s might increase the stress put on youths.
